Property Assessment

Duties:

• Contracted by the Town of Bristol to assess real and personal property in the Township.
• Provides information to Town residents regarding property assessments.
• Maintains and updates yearly assessment roll.
• Appears at yearly open book and Board of Review meetings.

Public Information:

Town assessment information will be available online two weeks before Open Book at the Associated Appraisals website: www.apraz.com  or at the Town Hall.  Property owners whose assessments have changed will receive a notice in the mail from the assessor.
