- Publish meeting agendas and record minutes.
- Town office management.
- Budgeting and monthly financial reporting.
- Publish quarterly newsletter and annual financial report.
- Administer elections.

Public Information:
Community Room and Shelter Rentals:
Bristol Town residents may rent the Town Hall Community Room for $125 per day. Residents may also rent the Bristol Gardens Park Shelter or the Fox Hill Park Shelter or Gazebo for $50 per day. Non-profit groups may use the room or park shelters free of charge with Town Board approval. Contact the Town Clerk at (608) 837-6494 to check on availability or for more information.
Open Records Requests:
Contact the Town Hall at (608) 837-6494 for specific information requests. Please note that there is a photocopy charge of 25 cents per page. Large information requests may also include charges for research time.
