City of Sun Prairie is holding a Public Hearing on December 12 at 7:00pm regarding an amendment to the Heyday Development Plan

CR Devco, LLC is requesting approval of an amendment to the Heyday General Development Plan (GDP) to convert 12 single-family detached lots into two lots with 32 attached townhome units.
